The way this program works is that we will work with you to segment your list of active clients, inactive clients, and prospects. Then, we will work with you to determine who we are responsible for contacting and closing.  Then, we will contact the list we are responsible for and set up meetings to either upsell existing clients on your other products or services, win back inactive clients, and/or convert prospects into customers.

Below is how the Program Works:

Step 1: List Segmentation

We will work with you to determine who you would like us to contact to close the sale.  This is often a combination of active clients, inactive clients, and prospects.

Step 3: Sales Strategy

Our team will work with you to determine the opportunities with your active clients, inactive clients, and prospects to grow your sales.  Once we agree on a strategy, we will develop the accountability measures to keep the sales team (including us) accountable.

Step 2: Sales Tool Development

The most successful professional service organizations have a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Zoho to keep track of where each prospect, client, and inactive is within the sales process to make it easy to know what to do next.  Our Certified Growth Consultants will work with you to get the most out of your CRM system so that you have a clear line of site of your sales pipeline.

This is where the rubber meets the road.  Equipped with the price sheet, the proposal template, the list, the value proposition, the CRM system, and the sales plan, our team of seasoned sales professionals will close sales on your behalf.
